
The annual Soul Train Awards are rolling to a television set near you next month, and ahead of its airing, the nominees have been announced.
Leading the stellar pack are The Weeknd and Bruno Mars with five noms apiece. Their accolades include Video of the Year and Song of the Year.
Other artists up for a potential trophy include Alessia Cara and Jussie Smollett in the Best New Artist Category, Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar in the Video of the Year list, and Tyrese, Jill Scott and Chris Brown up for Album of the Year.
The show will air on Centric and BET on Nov. 29 at 8 p.m.
