Soulja Boy’s social media accounts and his Draco have cost him two felony charges and a misdemeanor.
After Los Angeles law enforcement received reports of “Big Soulja” threatening to kill someone on his Instagram video, they searched his Hollywood Hill’s home, and arrested him last December due to the findings, and his violation of his pre-existing probation. According to TMZ, the L.A. County District Attorney charged the rapper with two felonies for possession of an assault weapon, and being a felon in possession of a firearm. If that wasn’t enough, he was also charged with a misdemeanor for receiving a gun that was stolen from a cop car.
The assault weapon charge was for a Mini Draco AR-15, which is illegal to possess in California.
Although the Chicago born rapper has been capitalizing on his rejuvenated spotlight and his alleged overseas boxing match with Chris Brown, if convicted, he could face more than four years in prison.
