Janky headphones are the worst. They’re the equivalent to, well, janky headphones. However, startup headphone company, AXEL aims to end one’s poor listening experience by linking with Spotify.
With Axel’s detachable headbands and ear/on ear option, you can decide and create your own listening experience, which is fueled by the app’s music streaming service.

Well according to AXEL co-founder Kevin Oh, the headphones gives users the chance to enhances there music experience through three different sonic systems, deep, core, and pure. Pure creates a more detailed sound for the listener, Deep focuses on the bass and Core is the happy medium between the two. Those interested can pre-order the new headphones via Kickstarter.
The company is selling its limited on-ear headsets for $99 and then will up the ante to $125. The limited over-ear headsets will be sold at $125 then will jump to $149.
