This just isn’t Suge Knight’s year. After complaining of chest pains in court (which manifested into a panic attack that sent him to the hospital), Knight was finally released and send back to jail on yesterday (Feb. 4).
The 49-year-old industry vet was hospitalized on Tuesday (Feb. 3) due to blood clots, which he suffers from after having been shot six times last summer. According to TMZ, Knight was given blood thinners and has been told that his condition is treatable within the jail infirmary.
Knight has plead not guilty to murder, attempted murder and two counts of felony hit-and-run after allegedly running over two men with his pickup truck after a parking lot altercation on Jan. 29. Knight’s attorneys claim that he was attacked and was attempting to escape when he ran over the men, killing one of them. The other is considering a civil lawsuit against Knight.
The former Death Row CEO will return to court next Monday for a bail review hearing. His bond is set at $2 million.
