50 Cent is victorious in his revenge porn case against Teairra Mari. A judge reportedly ruled in Fif’s favor after Teairra Mari originally sued the rapper for sharing photos of her performing a sexual act on her ex-boyfriend (and 50’s friend) on social media. Now Teairra is being ordered to pay 50 in order to cover his legal fees.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge dismissed Teairra’s entire case. And to add salt in the wound, 50 Cent has reportedly been awarded $30,618 from the Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star. He was originally asking Mari pay up $161,660.15 to cover his legal bill from the ongoing case.
As previously reported, Mari initially filed a lawsuit for revenge porn against 50 Cent and her ex-boyfriend, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, alleging that they conspired to intimidate, objectify, and degrade her on social media. She claimed Abdul-Ahad hacked her Instagram account and posted sexually explicit footage of her online as a revenge plot following their breakup. After she removed the video, she said that 50 reposted the graphic material on his personal Instagram account with the caption, “get the strap.” 50 denied the allegations and claimed that by the time he reposted the image, it had already gone viral.
It’s unclear if Teairra’s case with Abdul-Ahad has also been thrown out.
