Tekashi 6ix9ine is jumping into yet another feud with a veteran rapper. Next up is Ludacris. After Luda took a couple of playful jabs at Tekashi during a segment on MTV’s Wild N’ Out, the Brooklyn native hit back ten times harder with a video on Instagram o Thursday (Aug. 24).
During the freestyle portion of the live comedy series, Luda rejected the idea of signing Tekashi to his Disturbing Tha Peace record label. “That’s an easy one for me. I’d sign Nick Cannon, ’cause Tekashi, I don’t know how much longer he gon’ be around,” Luda said.
Not amused by the joke, Tekashi hopped on Instagram to mock Ludacris. In the now-deleted video, the “Fefe” artist criticized Luda for not having a current, hit record as well as being a host on the rebooted series Fear Factor. “FYI Nobody watches this show anymore since the white boy left ,” 6ix9ine wrote in the caption of the deleted video. “YOU TV HOST B***H YOU CANT SELL A RECORD RIGHT NOW TO SAVE YA LIFE.” Tekashi also trolled the rapper by singing his 2001 single “Move B***h.”
Ludacris has remained fairly quiet, but did upload an an image of 6ix9ine on Thursday (Aug. 24). “Not confirmed,” the writing says in bold letters. In the lefthand corner of the photo, it reads: “Luda Day Weekend 2018,” suggesting it is a promotional poster for Ludacris’ annual Labor Day event.
It’s unclear why Tekashi 6ix9ine removed the diss video so quickly, as he usually doesn’t back down from trolling. Maybe he realized it wasn’t worth it this time.
