Tekashi 6ix9ine’s arrest might have saved his life. According to a recently surfaced wiretap conversation between Kifano “Shotti” Jones, Jamel “Mel Murda” Jones and an unidentified individual, Tekashi’s life was in mortal danger after trying to separate himself from the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.
In the leaked FBI transcript obtained my TMZ, Jamel Jones kicks off the conversation by referring to Tekashi’s latest interview on “The Breakfast Club.”
“[Tekashi] is trying to dry snitch at the same time, homie. But he kept saying, “f**k Treyway, f**k that n***a Treyway, ain’t no n***a Treyway, f**k Treyway” said Jones.
Kifano Jones, 6ix9ine former’s manager, responds by laughing and says, “I’ma feed him though,” leading prosecutors to believe that feed is essentially shorthand for “feed him bullets,” or “shoot.”
As for the rest of the transcript, the two begin to engage in conversation with a third, unidentified individual, who calls Tekashi out for never truly being a gang member, stating that, “they gotta violate [him].”
Tekashi is currently sitting behind bars awaiting trail for his racketeering case. He has plead “not guilty.”
His manager also sits in custody, and will remain there until trail as the wiretapped conversation has prompted government officials to request that Jones remain locked up as he poses “significant danger” to the public.
