
The Game had an eventful evening yesterday (Sept. 15). Seemingly out of nowhere, the Compton rapper said that he wants to square up with Meek Mill. This came during a performance down in Miami.
But on the music side, the Cedar Block Piru released the first single, “True Colors/It’s On” from his upcoming album, 1992.
Here, The Game–along with Ice T’s classic sample of “Colors–” spills through an autobiographical tale of how his experience with gangbanging, and more detailed family issues like his dad’s drug habit and his sister getting molested.
1992 is slated for an Oct. 7 release, and is available for pre-order at iTunes.
