R&B/hip-hop duo THEY. took to Jimmy Kimmel Live! as the musical act this past Friday night (Jan. 5). The up and coming LA-based group, comprised of Dante Jones and Drew Love, fiercely ripped the stage for the national audience.
THEY. performed two songs from their 2017 debut album, Nü Religion: Hyena. Kicking the performance off with their grunge-y hit single “U-Rite” and following up with their more soulful “Dante’s Creek,” it is easy to see the group is not confined to just one genre.
In 2016, Jones and Love opened up for Bryson Tiller on his “Trapsoul Tour” and more recently added the “male perspective” to Charli XCX’s “Boys (Remix).”
