It appears that Tinashe is mixing work and play in the best way possible. And after seeing her latest Instagram photos, we hope whatever the singer has up her sleeve is revealed soon. The “All Hands On Deck” artist shared images of her trip to Mailbu, Calif., taking in the sunset with friends Big Sean, Miguel, Skrillex, and Diplo. To make the images even better, the caption reads, “Making music somewhere in Malibu.”
It’s been a minute since the singer’s 2014 album release Aquarius. Since then, Tinashe has pumped out a few dance tracks from her upcoming project Joyride, including “Player” with Chris Brown and “Energy” with Juicy J. For the the most part, her singles have been a mix of R&B and upbeat Pop. But in light of her latest picture, there’s no telling what’s in store for the album, whether that be a fusion of EDM with Skrillex and a hard, hip-hop collaboration with Big Sean.
