Tributes for the Brooklyn rapper have poured in all over. There’s a mural at Kingston and Bergen dedicated to the late rapper, and Peter Rosenberg did the only tribute he could properly muster. He transformed his Real Late with Peter Rosenberg show Sunday night into a literal tribute for Mic Tyson, aka P! with a near two-hour set littered with his music.
“Shawn Carter’s nice but Sean Price’s the best,” Rosenberg led the set off with “Figure 4” and kept on, fitting in interviews from those who loved Ruck in Combat Jack, Torae and more. You can hear the two-hour set below and enjoy a career that still have plenty of wit and fury to deliver.
RIP Sean Price.
