New Jersey’s Tsu Surf has been locked up in the studio working on his latest 2:00AM. After releasing his mixtape Newark dedicated to his hometown last year, the former battle rapper put in plenty of hours in the booth working with Global Empire Music Group’s Clutch Beats on the new 10-track mixtape.
Surf, who was born Rajon Cox, fuses his storytelling mastery with ecstatic flows and illuminating lyrics that describe his everyday life. Tsu Surf comes through with more concrete proof that he’s as deadly in the booth as he was in his battle rap days. Tsu Surf recruits notable rhymers like Sy Ari Da Kid and Cash Money’s newest signee AR-AB.
Be on the look out for more #TSUesday releases and another project before the end of 2016. Stream Tsu Surf’s mixtape 2:00AM below.
