Ah, parties. Remember those? They’re the ones that are filled to the brim and there’s chill and choreographed ones like Usher‘s. The legendary singer has provided a celebratory visual for “Don’t Waste My Time,” his upbeat single with Ella Mai.
Directed by LeSean Harris, the video takes us to another time where it was safe to do signature handshakes and be two feet away from one another. While planning his stylish daytime soiree, a few notable guests arrive like Justin and King Combs, Jermaine Dupri, Evan Ross, and a bewildered Jamie Kennedy.
There’s also Snoop Dogg who provides the right treats in the kitchen and Ella Mai, who brings her charming vocals to the table.

“Don’t Waste Me Time” is the official first single from the artist this year since the release of his collaborative 2018 project A with Zaytoven. He’s also been the guest on records like “Come Thru” with Summer Walker and “LaLaLa” with South African DJ Black Coffee.
In preparation for new music, Usher recently performed another version of “Confessions” where he sings from the perspective of a woman. “The song is about a girl cheatin’ on him and gettin’ pregnant by another man,” Jermaine Dupri confirmed on Twitter. “She is then being stuck with the decision to keep or abort it. Now that he knows, Should he stay or Leave ???”
