After teen pop star idol Justin Bieber threw up everything but his shoes during his tour opener in Arizona — now Lady Gaga is following suit.
The monsterific star tossed her cookies mid-song on stage in Barcelona, Spain on Saturday night at the Palau Sant Jordi arena. While the video (which you can see below) doesn’t indicate that the crowd as a whole knew what happened, a very watchful videographer caught Gaga hurling during her performance of “The Edge of Glory,” the 23rd song of her regular 24-song set.
Gaga even took to her Twitter to poke fun at herself by tweeting out a link to the YouTube video of it, saying, “Was praying nobody saw but actually it’s quite a good laugh if you need one!” Shortly afterwards, Gaga followed up her tweet by writing, “I still hit my routine mom!! 🙂 Thank goodness for the Dorchester… I need some tea, I think I just cried a little watching that.” She even took comments from her multitude of followers, answering one particular comment, which confirmed her certified rock star status: “It WAS pretty metal. Belligerent throw up during sax solo amidst epic power ballad about glory atop medieval castle? #metal.”
