Waka Flocka has accomplished a lot in his rap career and he’s ready to put down the mic to focus on other more important things, namely his family. The ATLien sat with TMZ’s Raquel Harper to discuss his future and surprisingly, the 32-year-old admitted to already saying sayonara to rap.
“I been gave it up,” Flocka admitted. “Ask my wife. They bully me. They’re forcing me to rap and put out new music. I don’t want to do it anymore.”
When Harper asked what brought on the change of heart, Flocka, real name Juaquin James Malphurs said he’s accomplished everything he set out to. “I did what I came to do. I made past $30 million. Everyone that started with me is rich. Everybody got kids. I don’t have nothing left to do.”
The former Love and Hip-Hop reality star said his life and his priorities have changed and while he understands his fans want music, he’s also matured.
“People want me to be “Hard In The Paint” Waka but I’m 32-years-old. I’m a grown ass man.”
Flocka also admitted the couple is hoping to bring a new addition to the family. “I just want to be a good husband and I’m about to make a baby next year.”
