Wiz Khalifa’s Furious 7 track “See You Again” featuring Charlie Puth tugged at everyone’s heartstrings when it was used as a tribute to Paul Walker within the action film. Now, the emotional melody is tugging at the number one spot on the charts and breaking records while doing so.
The song hit 4.2 million streams on Spotify in one day, breaking the record for the most plays within 24 hours, and knocked Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’infectious “Uptown Funk” off the number one spot on Billboard’s Hot 100.

The loving melody also received the remix treatment from Chris Brown and Tyga who put out their own collaborative project Fan Of A Fan to critical-acclaim.
Furious 7 went on to have a stellar opening weekend, receiving multi-million dollar dividends in ticket sales.
