Wiz Khalifa’s uncle, Imani Porter, was killed back in January 2014 during a drug deal gone wrong with two customers. Attempting to make a heroin sale, Porter was shot in the head and later pronounced dead at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Now, a year and a half after his death, two men have pleaded guilty in the shooting, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

On the night of Porter’s death, he met Michael Wolford, 21, and Jaron Young, 19, at the local Steak n’ Shake restaurant on the city’s Waterfront Drive. After presenting Wolford and Young with heroin, Young reportedly asked, “Let me get this one for free.” Wolford’s gun went off thereafter, delivering a blow to Porter’s head. A third suspect, Paul Sanders, 21, was originally thought to have been on the scene, but received lesser charges after authorities discovered that he was not present.
Wolford pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and a firearms charge. He was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in prison. Young also pleaded to third-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and firearms charges, and was sentenced to 12-and-a-half to 25 years. Sanders pled guilty to felony drug charges and was sentenced to nine to 18 months.
