The West-London group WSTRN is ready to make your love come down with their latest single and video, “Come Down.” On the heels of their debut album’s 2016 release, the boys are back at it again, bringing life to the party in this fun-filled video.
In the 80’s house party meets new school “lituation,” WSTRN rocks out with a house full of guests as they sing about having a good time and enjoying the party. “’Come Down’ is all about being at a party and everyone’s welcome and I think the video really reflects that vibe; everyone enjoyed themselves and it felt like a real house party with everyone just having fun!” Akelle says. The single’s anthem lyrics chanting, “I’mma make your love come down,” pairs nicely with the high energy track that samples Evelyn King’s “Love Come Down.”
And to document the good times, the video manages to capture a series of moments – from turning up in the kitchen to some comical scenes of getting caught in the bathroom – in Polaroids posted around the house. The video also features a couple of cameos from other UK artists and a quick snapshot of Kehlani.
