Just last week, Compton rapper YG shared that his highly-anticipated follow up to 2014’s My Krazy Life, Still Krazy, would be coming in June along with a promotional tour to kick off its release.
On Saturday (May 21), the 4Hunnid ringleader premiered the first single, “Why You Always Hatin?” from is sophomore LP via OVO Radio. As expected, the beat slaps with the attitude and swagger of the West Coast’s signature gangster lean, making for an instant banger, as he raps: “Why you hating on the progress? I’m a humble n***a, I don’t even pop s**t.” On the track, YG also reunites with Drake, as the 6 God drops a verse full of quotables, and rising Oakland rapper Kamaiyah takes over the hook.
