Chauntae Pink is presenting a gift to the world with her single, “Black Boys.” The honey-coated R&B track introduces singer’s captivating vocals as she praises the men she adores the most.
Hailing from Brooklyn, New York, the singer-actress jumpstarted her career on the small screen with roles on hit series like Two Broke Girls, the web series Rider and School of Rock. Unafraid to play to both of her strengths, Pink’s “Black Boys” visual is all about an ode to those who inspire her the most.
Produced by Paperboy Fabe and directed by Ben Marc, the black and white video shows Pink surrounded by men of all shades and backgrounds. From guys in fitted caps to those in sleek suits, representation of all types of black man magic are welcomed.
Speaking to VIBE, the artist explained her mission with the single.

“I really wanted to create an anthem for black men, especially now, that felt just as powerful, as cool, as fun as they are to me,” she said. “I felt that a song like this one- celebrating black men for their strength, their beauty, and their swag- was absolutely necessary. The song means to empower black men and make them feel good about themselves, feel appreciated, feel loved.”

The single will be a part of the singer’s upcoming EP, Voice Notes. Check out the video to “Black Boys” above.
