With Fall finally here, it’s time to get things in “Motion” with the help of Ish Williams.
The rapper has been making a name for himself since the release of his first mixtape, God Listens in 2015. After working with fellow Jersey acts like Mike Zombie and OVO’s Charlie Heat, Williams has found a way to blend his lyrics with good vibes and great storytelling. For “Motion,” Williams is focused on turning down while still getting things in order. Wigshop and Kenif Muse produced the feel-good track.
After performing alongside creatives like Trilly Sammy, MadeinTYO, PnB Rock, Metro Boomin, Alex Wiley and Rakim, Williams is looking forward to releasing his debut LP, Sonia’s Son. His transition from Philadelphia to Jersey leads to the 23-year-old dropping out of college to provide for an ill Sonia. The project will highlight his family woes as well as his personal and mental wins.
