While over in London Town for the 2015 New Look Wireless Festival, Kendrick Lamar sat down with Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg to discuss all things To Pimp A Butterfly. Since the March release of Lamar’s lauded sophomore Interscope album, he’s had little time to plan what he’s going to do for an encore.

The two sit for a relatively short convo and discuss how the Compton kid felt like he was fresh out of London retirement on stage, his favorite tracks from TPAB, how he notices children and the youth are far more engaged with the album than he thought, working with Snoop and how he’s proud of its commercial and critical appeal.
