Kaly blames Bollywood for turning him into a rapper, but that’s not all of it. The upcoming artist recently released a look into his world titled The Hatchback Chronicles, which details the struggles that he has faced in the industry as the child of Indian immigrants.
With the backing of close collaborator UTK in his latest hazy visuals for “Don’t Care,” directed by DreamButDon’tSleep, the Gifted-produced tune features the duo reflecting on the discrimination that they faced head on during their childhoods. The situation here is the fact that they were the only brown kids at the High School dance.
Stay tuned for more introspective songs from Kaly very soon.
