Call your local fire department because French Montana and Swizz Beatz‘s “SWIZZMONTANA” video is hot enough to melt your screen.
The Vincent Lou-directed visual starts with the all black horn section of an unnamed marching band as they kick off the horn-heavy bop playing trumpets, tubas, and saxophones. The 40-year-old producer heads the track with “Wait, I see a whole lot of frontin’/A whole bunch of talkin’/ doin’ a whole bunch of nothin’/Get ’em, trance,”
French Montana takes over, dominating the track with his signature tone as he rings in the catchy pre-chorus and shouts out fellow New York Native Chinx who was murdered in 2015. “I just wish my ni**a Chinx was here to see me now.” Montana even goes so far as two have a blown up figure of the late rapper in the background.
The bright video switches between black and white and color clips, with images packed with flashing lights from fire trucks as the pair appear to spit fire as flames go off around them.
Less than a week after dropping his second studio album, Poison ( Nov.2) the master producer has released his fifth video from a track of his most recent project.
