A Tribe Called Quest’s final album, We Got It From Here, Thank You For Your Service, is dropping this weekend, and to give fans a chance to say a proper goodbye, the legendary hip-hop group is hosting a pop-up shop in New York City this weekend to celebrate.
From Nov. 11 until Nov. 13, fans can visit 393 Broadway Street to scoop up merch ranging from t-shirts, jackets and also physical copies of the album, the group’s first and last in 18 years. On Friday, the hours are from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday’s hours are from noon until 8 p.m.
In addition to the pop-up shop, ATCQ will be making their way to studio 8H at 30 Rock. They’ll be serving as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live on Nov. 12 with host, Dave Chappelle.
The group announced their retirement from the game in late-October via Instagram, where Q-Tip wrote that they would complete their “Paths of Rhythm” after the album’s Nov. 11 release. You can check out some of the threads that will be available at the pop-up shop on their website here. Those who won’t be able to attend the weekend event are able to purchase the apparel online.
