
After the news broke on Sunday morning (June 12) about the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history, the country was shaken to its core in sadness.

However, during a concert in Antwerp, Belgium on Sunday night, a teary-eyed Adele revealed how much the tragedy is affecting her. After dedicating her entire show to “everybody in Orlando at Pulse nightclub,” the singer went on to say that, “the LGBTQA community, they’re like my soulmates since I was really young, so I’m really moved by it.”

In an effort to lighten the mood, the “Someone Like You” singer made a joke saying, “I don’t know why I’m crying already because most of tonight is pretty miserable because my songs are f**king miserable. I do have two songs that sound happy, but they’re not.”
Adele’s Belgium concert is among the list of events that have paid tribute to the victims of the shooting.
