Ahmad Givens, also known as “Real” from VH1’s I Love New York and Real Chance of Love, has passed away last night (Feb. 20) at the age of 33. Diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer in 2013, the reality star’s diagnosed seemed to look up after he underwent surgery that year. But things took a turn for the worse after Givens suffered a fall earlier this year and was bedridden, according to TMZ. The site reports that on Friday night, Givens was showing signs of troubled vision and speech, and succumbed to his battle against the disease hours later. His brother, Chance, who star alongside him in their reality shows, took to Instagram in mourning of his brother. “We love you forever bro I’ll see you one day soon we shall dance again in God’s kindom forever and ever,” he wrote.
