On a recent taping of Real Time with Bill Maher, the late-night TV host made a comedic Donald Trump comparison to a world-renowned artist. On the topic of Trump’s run for office, which Maher effortlessly dishes out punchlines for, the panelists — Judd Apatow, Michael Eric Dyson, Mary Katharine Ham and Kristen Soltis Anderson — discuss Trump’s latest statements that have kept his name in the news this week. But a certain sentence from Maher had the audience chuckling.
“Here’s the thing about Donald Trump. He never apologizes, he’s never wrong no matter what crazy thing he says,” he said. “He’s the white Kanye.”

A recent headline concerning Trump was his comment on Mexico and the United States’ border relations. “When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best,” Trump said. “They’re not sending you… They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us,” he said. “They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists.” This lead to Univision’s ban of airing his staple Miss USA Pageant program this year.
