Cuba Gooding Jr. has been accused of groping a woman at a NYC nightclub. Per Page Six, the Oscar-winner is said to have grabbed a woman’s breast during a visit to the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar in Midtown on Saturday night (Jun. 8).
“The woman said Gooding was ‘highly intoxicated’ and that, after the alleged grab, she got into an argument with him that had to be broken up by security,” a source for Page Six revealed. The woman involved reportedly called the police around 1 a.m. on Sunday morning.
A witness at the bar said that Gooding was “happy,” and was speaking with partygoers before the alleged incident. According to social media posts, Gooding was recorded singing karaoke in a torn button-down.
“Responding cops searched the area for Gooding but did not find him,” continues the site. “The case was referred to the NYPD Special Victims Division, the sources said, which is probing a potential forcible touching charge.”
Gooding’s reported behavior through the years has raised eyebrows. In 2016, he was accused of being “beyond frisky” in Miami, where he also reportedly pulled his pants down and shoved a phone in his mouth.
