Desiigner might have blown his last chance to hang out in Atlanta. The rapper has been accused of ducking out of a performance at the city’s annual Greek Picnic and making off with $10,000.
The “Panda” rapper was slammed via social media by the organization on Thursday (June 16.) Apparently, the rapper was set to perform at an event during the ATL Green Picnic, a celebration of the Divine 9 fraternities and sororities on June 10. The organization reportedly locked down the performance with a $10,000 deposit, but the rapper never showed up.

The fact that the rant comes days after the alleged performance raises more questions than answers. A quick look at their Facebook event page shows the appearance was never promoted, hinting perhaps someone was aware the rapper didn’t plan on performing. Whatever the reason, the group continued to slam the newly crowned XXL freshman class member on Twitter.

Former fans also flooded his Instagram with corn emojis. Others got a little creative with the shade.
Maybe the rapper can find a way to make up with his Atlanta fanbase. For now, Desiigner is bringing his talents to Chicago’s Summer Jam show on Friday (June 17.)
UPDATE: 6/17/16 10:24 a.m.
A representative from Atlanta Greek Picnic Inc. has confirmed the show involving Desiigner was promoted internally though the Divine 9 Greek network. They also confirmed the tweets claiming the rapper broke his agreement to perform at the event.
