It looks like James Corden should just stick to “Carpool Karaoke,” because being a real estate agent may not be in his cards.
On Monday night’s episode of The Late Late Show (Feb. 29), the hysterical host tried his hand at selling homes with James Harris from Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing, while Harris’ co-host David Parnes was free to have a day off. Their first client was “very big hip-hop artist” Tyga, who was itching to buy a brand new, 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom, $13 million home in the Hollywood Hills.

Corden was quick to let Tyga know of the house’s great features, such as a stainless steel handrail, the “Juliette Banosh” staircase, a washer and dryer, and the excellent acoustics in the shower. Nothing, however, was as great as Corden explaining to Tyga how to tell how many people his bed can fit. He persists to roll from his back to his stomach across the bed, concluding that Tyga’s bed could potentially fit four bodies, which was too small for the host’s liking.
“I don’t want this to be a room for four g’s,” he explained to the “Rawest N*gga Alive” rapper. “I want this to be a room for five g’s, six g’s.”
Of course, there were still a few low points to Tyga’s dream home. As Corden pointed out, the couches were uncomfortable and the tub was way too small to take a sexy bath in. However, the house still sold for $9.6 million, so Tyga must have seen potential.
Part 2 of James Corden’s “Take A Break: Million Dollar Listing” will air tonight (Mar. 1), so take a look at Part 1 below.
