John Legend and Chrissy Teigen bring their dynamic relationship to the forefront in their new Google Duo commercial. In a video posted to Legend’s Twitter on Wednesday (Apr. 25), the pair takes viewers through a typical day in their household.
The witty caption credited Teigen as Legend’s personal stylist. Throughout the minute-long video, the “Ordinary People “singer attempts to get the Sports Illustrated cover model to approve one of his many looks via the Google Duo phone by video calling his wife who was in the next room.
Teigen uses her hilarious personality to play to Legend’s more coy nature and even goes as far as to reject one of the calls as the singer attempted to wear just a leather jacket and matching pants. The commercial ends with the couple poking fun at Legend’s eerie resemblance to cartoon character Arthur.

The couple got married in September 2013 and have one child together, a 1-year-old daughter Luna, and are expecting their second child soon. Though she is a model with her own line of cookbooks, Teigen has become more known for her Twitter antics as she famously (and frequently) clapped back at President Donald Trump.
This week, Teigen and Legend have both been busy via Twitter trying to make sense of Kanye West’s tweets that nearly broke the Twitter-sphere on Wednesday (Apr. 25).
I love that great, brilliant artists have the power to imagine a better future. But artists can’t be blind to the truth.

The defining trait of Trump’s campaign and political profile was his embrace of white supremacy. He made it clear every time he spoke. Some serious cognitive dissonance to ignore that for the other x% you might find appealing. I guess I agree with >1% of anyone’s thoughts though

Everyone keeps asking me to comment on shit. Comment on psycho Tami Lasagna, whom I refuse to give the joy to, say something about RHOA, speak up about kanye. When it comes to people we know, we DO speak up. To THEM. not on Twitter. And sometimes, I guess it makes it to Twitter.
