This may be the one case where skipping on your Wheaties for breakfast is a good thing. Cereal god Kellogg’s issued a $30M recall after finding pieces of meshed metal in its Frosted Mini Wheats products. About 2.8 million boxes of Frosted Mini-Wheats, Bite-Size Original Mini-Wheats, and Frosted Bite-Size Mini-Wheats cereal are being yanked from shelves, the Wall Street Journal reports. The company made the announcement through the FDA that a faulty manufacturing part is to blame for the recall. This isn’t the first time Kellogg’s caused a hot mess — in 2010, a kink in equipment caused a packaging problem and its cereal to have a strange color and order. Now check your pantry if your Wheaties are subject to recall according to the details, courtesy of Yahoo!
