Kevin Hart is adding “fit man” to his “funny man” title. The comedian/actor has teamed up with health and wellness app Rally Health to encourage the masses to get in shape. Serving as the brand’s first health ambassador, Hart is using his “What Now” tour as an avenue for comedy and fitness.
“I really do believe that laughter is the best medicine. Not only does it make you feel good, but I love knowing that it’s actually good for you, too,” Hart said, according to the Rally Health website. “I love the Rally Health mission and couldn’t be more excited to work with the Rally Health team to help consumers laugh a little more and make better decisions about their health and wellbeing.”
Along with taking to social media to share his daily workouts, the #RallyWithKevin campaign will also include spontaneous activities with fans along his tour stops. On Sunday (Jun. 7), ahead of his Boston “What Now” show at TD Garden, Hart held a spontaneous 5K run with fans. He shared footage from the event on Facebook:
