Kevin Hart is trading in his funny business for a new outlet. The famed comedian announced that he’s working on a memoir titled “From The Hart” under the 37 Ink publishing group, adding to his unstoppable empire.
The personal recollection will highlight his Philly upbringing, the beginning of his career, his divorce, and dealing with his father’s drug-addiction, The New York Times reports. In a statement, Hart said, “My kids know I’m a big deal. They’re very aware. I let them know every day, I say, ‘Look, daddy’s a big deal.’ Now I’ll have a book to prove it.”
It’s no surprise that the comedian/actor continues to expand his global reach with a multi-million dollar comedic tour, “What Now” which is gearing up to add to the dividends in October when it hits theaters. He’s also planning another box office smash alongside Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson with Central Intelligence. The film will certainly have movie patrons keeling over with laughter this summer just by viewing the trailer below.
Hart’s forthcoming memoir will be available for purchase on Father’s Day in 2017.
