On Sunday (Sep. 1), Kevin Hart and two other passengers were involved in a major car accident in Calabasas, California. Alongside producer Jared Black who was driving the vehicle as his fiancee Rebecca Broxterman was in the backseat, they sustained back injuries after the 1970 Plymouth Barracuda hit an embankment on Mulholland Highway and flipped over multiple times.
Following the accident, the Think Like A Man actor endured back surgery which doctors deem was successful. He remains in recovery. In a statement issued to TMZ, the comedian’s wife, Eniko Parrish, shared positive news on her husband’s health. “He’s great, he’s going to be just fine.”

A wave of well wishes from Hart’s colleagues also poured in as news of his accident began to circulate. His Jumanji co-star, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Ne-Yo, Marlon Wayans and more were a few of the entertainers that wished the father-of-three a speedy recovery.
