Last week, VIBE.com got together with Kidz In The Hall to test drive the new 2010 Ford Taurus. This vehicle has won more than a dozen awards since its launch and most recently was named “Urban Car of the Year” by On Wheels Media. With a sleeker, sportier design and improved safety features over its predecessor, the 2010 Taurus has earned the U.S. government’s top five-star ratings for driver and passenger in front and side crash tests.
As we cruised through downtown Manhattan, Naledge and DJ Double-O tested the car’s 3.5-liter V6 Duratec engine and immaculate maneuvering ability in tight city spaces. Also with features that cater to the needs of movers and shakers on the go, the new Taurus’ USB ready outlets and Sony digital audio sound system were a favorite among the duo. As our ride came to an end the two former Penn State classmates shed some light on their forthcoming third album, Land of Make Believe, which hits stores on March 9 via Duck Down Records. —Mikey Fresh
