Hip-hop gods, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from clout. One rapper missed the memo against clout chasing over the weekend when she decided to get Tekashi69’s signature tattoo on her forehead.
Los Angeles rapper No Foreign posted footage of herself getting the “GUMMO” rapper’s “69” piece on her forehead with joy. “What’s up sis you got a twin out here in LA,” she said as his single “FEFE” played in the background. “Comin’ for the Billboards b****.”
The rapper has a healthy following thanks to her covers and remixes of Tay-K’s “The Race,” and Lil Kim’s “Not Tonight.”
Tekashi previously shared a rather vague meaning behind the tattoo. The Brooklyn native named himself 69 in an effort to bring new perspectives to his life.
“That’s what makes me 69. The true meaning of 69 is just because you’re right doesn’t mean I’m wrong YOU JUST HAVENT SEEN LIFE FROM MY PERSPECTIVE,” he said. “Turn the 6 upside down it’s 9 but remains the same in a different perspective. Open your mind and heart.”
I mean, we guess.
