Looks like the LAPD won’t let YG be great. Just after the announcement that the rapper would be joining Drake and Lil’ Wayne on their California stops for their joint tour, YG took to Instagram last night with news that he was banned from two dates:

A source revealed to MTV News that the police department called for extra security at the venues due to YG’s appearance, a request that would cost promoters an extra $120,000. “We been fighting tooth and nail to get it, we finally got it and now they want to take it away,” the source said. “YG has a professional team around him.” YG is now looking to meet with the LAPD to resolve the issue, according to MTV.
