From movie screens to deals with Groupon, Tiffany Haddish has become Hollywood’s go-to girl. Now, the actress is partnering with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt to spice up kitchens all across America.
After an episode of The Ellen Show where the Nobody’s Fool star used the seasoning mix to make her collard greens (which she adorably referred to as “joyful greens”), the McCormick brand reached out to make some money moves with the 38-year-old.
“I brought over one of my favorite homecooked dishes, Joyful Greens, to a party with some celebrity friends. I love to cook and have always used Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, especially in my greens,” a personalized statement details. “Everyone at the party loved it. After Lawry’s saw me prepare it on TV, they sent me a personalized bottle with my name, photo and the ‘She Ready! ™’ tagline!”
With this collaboration with Haddish being the first for the spice company, both parties will be working to produce original recipes and video content on the Lawry’s website.
The limited edition bottles will feature the Girl’s Trip actress and the recipe for her “joyful greens.” The two-pack spice set can only be found on Amazon and Lawrys, with a starting price of $13.50.
