Devon Still’s precocious daughter, Leah, is more than excited to be the flower girl at her father’s forthcoming wedding ceremony. In an interview with People, the Houston Texans team member shared that his daughter is designing her own dress for the occassion.
“I knew pink was going to be involved,” he told the site. “She loves princess stuff.” On the clothing creation, Leah shared that she’s a “glitter girl,” and wants lots of it on her dress, which might mimic the Disney character Elsa’s gown from Frozen.
After battling and defeating stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer, the 5-year-old’s father said, “She’s just had the best attitude of fight and then move forward with life. And look where we are now. I’m getting married to my love and Leah gets to be a part of this weeding. We overcame tragedy and are becoming a family. It’s like a fairytale.”
