According to E! News Online, Gordon–who recently got the 21 year old’s name tattooed to his arm–is trying to cooperate with the family but says he will take legal action if his requests aren’t granted.
“Nick has been trying, privately, to do everything he can to see Bobbi Kristina cooperatively,” Gordon’s attorney, Randall Kessler, said in a statement Wednesday. “He has respected the family’s wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation. But he desperately wants to be with the one he loves and continues to hope that his request will be granted.”
However, TMZ reported Gordon is crying wolf, and he’s the one who hasn’t gone to visit Bobbi Kristina while she receives treatment at Atlanta’s Emory University Medical Center.
Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive face down in a bathtub on Jan. 31 in an Atlanta condo she shares with Gordon. While several news outlets reported the Houston-Brown family would take her off life support, Bobby Brown has maintained they will not.
