If you were born in the late 80s and raised in the 90s then you know the man pictured above to be Sean “Puffy” Combs or Puff Daddy. Somewhere along the lines Mr. Combs changed his name from Puffy to P. Diddy and then a few years after that, Biggie’s brother informed the world either Puffy or P.Diddy were acceptable.
Over the weekend while celebrating his 49th birthday, Combs took to social media to tell the world that he’s changed his name once again, this time to Love or Brother Love, and oh yes, he’s serious, so serious he’s already had his Wikipedia page updated.
I decided to change my name again!

“I’ve been praying on this and it’s risky because I know it could come off as corny to some people,” Combs said while recording a video from a resort on a exotic island. “I decided to change my name again. I’m just not who I am before. I’m something different, so my new name is Love AKA Brother Love.”
Upon news of the name change, Twitter was a mixed bags of emotions. Some actually liked the idea, others were not in accord

For those uneducated in the world of professional wrestling, Bruce Richard, known in the ring as Brother Love quickly let Combs known the name has already been taken.
Yo. Find a new gimmick. I invented and perfected Brother Love. I am the original and you are not. Remember North Carolina.

Listen, Mr. Combs, Love, Brother Love or however you choose to identify him, he can do whatever he wants? Why? Because’s who’s really going to stop him?
Take that! Take that!
