According to TMZ, Rob Kardashian is hoping to reduce the amount of monthly child support payments to Blac Chyna to support their two-year-old daughter, Dream. The former reality television star claims that he has no income.
Sources close to the litigation told the site that months ago, a judge suspended Rob’s child support payments until both parties’ resources were examined. As of right now, Chyna isn’t getting any child support payments.
Kardashian and his ex-fiance are reportedly “locked in a war” over payments.
Before he approached a judge to reduce the payments, Rob was reportedly paying the “Deserve” musician $20,000 a month. She thinks that his claims of being broke are “pretend,” and that he actually “leads a lavish lifestyle” outside of the guise and lack of visibility on social media.
“Rob agreed to pay $20k a month knowing that a judge would have reduced that amount significantly, but he needed Chyna to back off her claim he physically abused her… something that could have badly hurt him in their custody fight,” TMZ reports. Chyna is still actively pursuing a civil case against Kardashian regarding the domestic violence allegations.
