Uncovered evidence in the sexual assault case against Brock Turner shows the 20-year-old allegedly took photos of the victim’s breasts and shared them with friends through a social media app after the incident.
On Friday (June 10) the Santa Clara County Sheriff Office released the full police report the night of the sexual assault. One of the graduate students who discovered Emily Doe unconscious with Turner noticed he was standing over her, with a light coming from his cell phone. Turner was seen dry humping the victim after he digitally penetrated her behind a dumpster after a party on campus.

Police discovered messages Turner received that night including, “Who’s t**” is that?” possibly proving he took photos of the victim while she was unconscious. Detectives were unable to find the photos on Turner or on the phones of other members in the group chat because they were sent through popular third-party messenger GroupMe. Police have also been unable to track down who sent the messages, leaving suspicion that another member of the group chat could have shared naked photos of a woman the same evening.

The Daily Mail posted a screenshot of Turner’s messages. Justin Buck was a former teammate of Turner’s and did not show support to Turner during the trial.

In all, Turner was given six months in jail for the incident, a sentencing that has lead to massive upset in the high-profile case. Turner will reportedly serve half of the sentence at Elmwood Jail, in Milpitas, Calif., and is scheduled to be released on September 2. With more details spilling out by the second, the innocent image Turner portrayed in the courtroom has withered.
Other details found in the full police report show references to drugs such as marijuana, LSD and MDMA, a contrast to the claims he lawyers made about his lifestyle. He’s also used the n-word occasionally to friends while discussing his marijuana usage.
The anonymous victim has gained the support of many, including vice president Joe Biden, who publically replied to her touching letter about the harrowing sexual assault to Turner. In the letter, Biden called the woman a warrior and praised her unconquerable spirit.
