In today’s edition of “You Can’t Be Serious News” A 26-year-old stockbroker accused of rape says he thought the victim was crying during the alleged incident because of his alleged large penis size.
According to The New York Daily News, London stockbroker Daniel Green is accused of raping a 20 year old woman in the offices of StratX in May of 2015. Per the victim, she crawled under a desk to go to sleep after a night of drugs and alcohol.
Green testified the two remained in the office after others left and had consensual sex but noticed something was off because he saw the victim cry. “I looked up and I see a tear on her face. So I sat back. I said, ‘F–k you are crying,” he asked. He later said she told him, “Can you leave please, just go.”
While in court, Green said he assumed the victim was crying because of his large penis, which he claims is 10 inches long and four inches in girth, hurt her. The victim repeatedly denied consenting to sex with Green and claims to have been asleep before the attack and tried to get away with him.
The victim also said she told a friend the next day and reported the alleged incident to police.
