Tamar Braxton Receives Her Own Talk Show Following ‘The Real’ Exit

Tamar Braxton gave social media and her fans the silent treatment for a few days, following her being let go as a host on the talk show, The Real.

As word hit the streets, the singer posted a statement on Instagram, leaving her fans to believe her castmates, who Tamar consistently called her friends, were behind her being fired from the cast.

I love u all but I have been stabbed in the back by someone I stupidly trusted ( not my man or my sisters) I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch (👀) and it’s not in good taste to tell you who…… but as #tamartians you are very smart and can figure things out on your own. But know that every one who smiles in your face is NOT your friend and is NOT cheering for you and will LIE and try and tear u down to TRY and dim your light. Thank GOD HE HOLDS MY FUTURE AND MY HAND! (Remember who u are)….I am Tamar Braxton. And if you thought for 1 sec u played me…..In the late great prince and the amazing Beyoncé voice you PLAYED yourself😂 to God be the Glory and I will be taking a short break from ALL social media…until then?? yourself and WATCH YOUR BACK ( I put this picture up cause this is the embrace I got from my sister and best friend that she ALWAYS gives when she knows I’ve been had)

Tamar’s fans, her Tamartians, who are known for going hard and always having her back, were there to defend Tamar during her social media hiatus. They took their concerns and expressed their feelings towards her “friends” or “frienemies,” Jeannie Mai, Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, and Tamera Mowry-Housley, to their personal Instagram accounts.

According to Atlanta Daily World, the real reason executive producers fired Tamar from the show was due to, “on-set insubordination, negative feedback on her ‘ghetto’ persona received from focus groups on the daytime talk show, and advertiser complaints about not wanting her in their segments.”

The co-hosts then spoke up about their take regarding Tamar being fired. They each posted their love for the singer on their social medai accounts. Loni Love went the extra mile, and released a video detailing how she found out Tamar will no longer be joining the cast for season 3 in the fall. She denied all speculations of her being aware of the situation prior to it happening.

But in true Tamar fashion, nothing can nor will stop her from being number one and winning in the entertainment industry. Sometimes you fall, but you dust your knees off and get right back up.

She returned by not only posting a picture of her favorite meal at Shake Shack, but with exciting news about a new venture.

Tamar revealed on the Steve Harvey Morning show that she just landed her own talk show. Steve Harvey will be producing the program with his production company, and Endemol Shine, the producers of his talk show. Harvey is a firm believer in Tamar, even after all the drama that erupted between her and The Real.

The camera crew for her reality television show, Braxton Family Values, captured her older sister, Toni Braxton, comforting Tamar as she cried in her arms, blindsided about getting fired.
