Taraji P. Henson is done with constantly being trolled by 50 Cent just because they both have successful shows on television.
After the Power producer posted a story on Empire’s third season premiere suffering a major ratings dip, Henson sarcastically responded on Instagram Saturday (Sept. 24). “For the confused ppl. Do REAL research!!! Loose change makes sooooooo much unnecessary noise,” she wrote with a snapshot of Empire’s latests numbers. “Still looking for that damn cent sign!! I guess it’s obsolete.”
Even after dragging him, Henson ended with a little positivity. “Again congrats on your success black man,” she wrote.
50 didn’t mind the clap back, he actually liked it. “All this back and forth shit is starting to turning me on cookie LMAO,” he wrote adding that he ran into Empire co-creator, Lee Daniels, at a gym in L.A.
“He asked why I didn’t except his offer to be on Empire, I told him I have a lot going on,” explained Fif. “I’m actually working on the show Fox is gonna replace Empire with, he looked at me like why the f*ck are you doing that. It’s because I’m a drug dealer, and I was taught to get in, get your weight up, then take over. So that’s the deal.”
