
A third defendant in Tekashi 6ix9ine’s federal racketeering case has pleaded guilty. Jensel “Ish” Butler reportedly entered in the plea on Tuesday (April 2).
According to court documents obtained by Complex, Butler pleaded guilty to one count of firearms possession linked to a robbery that went down in Manhattan on April 3, 2018. 6ix9ine’s former friend Scum Lord D!zzy, the founder of Scum Gang, was reportedly robbed of a backpack. The backpack, along with other stolen goods were found by authorities when Tekashi’s apartment was raided in Sept. 2018.
Butler admitted to “knowingly did use and carry firearms, and in furtherance of such crime did possess firearms, and did aid and abet the use, carrying, and possession of firearms, some of which were brandished.”
Butler’s guilty plea follows that of 6ix9ine and Kifano “Shotti” Jordan. In addition to the three defendants, the federal indictment also claims Roland “Ro Murda” Martin, Denard “Drama” Butler, and Faheem “Crippy” Walter were involved in the case.
Butler’s sentencing is scheduled for July 18.
