Just a few hours before the midnight release of his debut album No, My Name Is Jeffery, Young Thug has released the project’s album art with many sharing their thoughts and edits on social media.
During his album listening party at the YouTube office in New York Thursday evening (Aug. 25), the bold cover was revealed featuring Jeffery in a ruffled style dress, hiding behind a conical hat. Since the start of his career, Thugger’s taste in clothing has been ridiculed and praised by fans. In several magazine and fashion spreads, the rapper has donned luxury women’s clothing simply because they’re comfier than men’s threads. “Women’s clothes are [slimmer] than men’s clothes,” Thugger said to GQ last year. “The jeans I got on right now, they’re women’s jeans. But they fit how they’re supposed to fit. Like a rock star. The only thing I probably have in men’s is, like, briefs. T-shirts. Ninety percent of my clothes are women’”
His decision to follow the creative golden road has led to more critique on everyone’s favorite platform– Twitter. Fans and critics mocked and praised the rapper for being Jeffery.

One thing you gotta respect about Young Thug is his fearlessness. It takes a lot to be yourself unapologetically. You don't have to agree.

His official tracklist was also released during the livestream, with each track named after his favorite people like Wyclef Jean, Swizz Beats and Harambe, the silverback gorilla that was killed after a child fell into his enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo.
